Content on this site describes Metis and Jack for evaluation and education. It is not a commitment to deliver specific features, timelines, or results unless those commitments appear in a signed customer agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or reverse engineer the site.
- Do not use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Metis.
Intellectual property
Metis, Jack, the mission patch, site copy, schematics, and downloadable PDFs are owned by Metis or its licensors. You may download resources for internal evaluation. You may not republish them as your own product materials without written permission.
No warranty
The site and public materials are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metis disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site. Product liability for paid deployments is defined exclusively in the customer agreement.
Customer agreements control the product
If you deploy Jack, the order form, MSA, DPA, and related schedules control. Those documents override these website terms for the product relationship.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
