Metis Technologies (“Metis,” “we,” “us”) builds Jack, an AI maintenance copilot for manufacturing. This policy explains what we collect on metistech.io and when you contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, work email, phone, company, and message content when you email us, book a demo, or submit a form.
- Technical logs — standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, path, timestamp) used to operate and secure the site.
- Analytics — if cookieless analytics are enabled, aggregate visit metrics without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking profiles.
How we use information
- Respond to demo requests and sales conversations.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information.
Plant and product data
Customer plant data processed by Jack (equipment docs, PLC trees, work orders, and related content) is governed by the customer agreement and deployment terms for that engagement — not by this public-site policy alone. Ask your Metis contact for the security and data-handling overview that applies to your deployment.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run email, hosting, and scheduling (for example Cloud Run hosting and Calendly for demo booking), under contracts that limit use to providing those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Contact and sales records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window.
